Telemedicine for NPs

I'm looking for a location-independent NP job, as I love to travel and want to live overseas intermittently but there are no NP jobs there. I see a lot of opportunities like this for MDs but barely any for NPs. I'm specifically looking into telemedicine, which is a rapidly growing industry.

They guarantee "$1000 per week, and over $100/hr.

There are many more out there like this.

Does anyone know of telemedicine companies that hire NPs in which one could work almost full-time?

Know the insurance requirements. I have heard, unverified, that there are entities who require the offsite provider be located in the US.
