I'll try again-another position I am considering

by TPfan24

Hello, I wrote earlier about a position involved in consultation services in long term care. The consultations focus on behavioral issues with or without medication additions/adjustments. I am a family nurse practitioner and while my education had a small focus on psychopharmacology, I am wondering if I am qualified to make decisions in this area. I have worked in assisted living for the past 16 years and am familiar with the care and meds for the eldery. A classmate of mine is already employed by this same company and she enjoys it. I am open to your opinions. I have already been to orientation for this position and either have to move forward or reconsider. I know only I can answer that question. Thanks for your responses.
