Best Apps for acute care

I'm a new FNP, working as a Surgical NP for a few months now. My main source of anxiety right now is when my pager goes off and it's the ER for a surgical consult.

I never utilized apps much in FNP school, just epocrates and Uptodate.

For any of you that work in emergency/acute medicine, inpatient surgery or the like; what are your favorite apps? I'm looking at 5 minute clinical consult for $99, overpriced or worth it?

I use an iPhone app called AgileMD only because my institution uses it to upload our Hospitalist Handbook as well as other department-specific resources and even our antibiogram and ID resources. However, they do also have generic resources not associated with specific institutions.
