An interview is a back and forth discussion with someone. Answering questions on an internet message board is not an interview; it's us doing your homework for you. I had to interview an educator. I spoke with someone in person, and learned a lot more from the various tangents the interview went on than I would have from someone posting answers on a message board.

Additionally, how can you verify the person on an anonymous message board who is answering these questions is who they say they are? You can't. And that's not a risk you should take for an assignment. What you need to do is get out there and talk face to face with someone. Call a local hospital or nursing home. Talk to someone who works in a clinic setting. Either way, get out there and make contact. You never know when someone you speak to in person for a school assignment will be someone to help you get your first job. That's the importance of networking.
