Wanted to see who else is going to Watts (Mt Olive) starting in June. I just got my acceptance letter today! Wondering who my fellow classmates will be!

Keyna - AllNurses peeved me so much I took a nap!! I've been feeling so burnt out and cannot wait until Friday!! My sanity is trying to negotiate the terms of its release or else its going on a hunger strike!!

LOL @ GC for the buried in the backyard clutching her flashcards remark!! That's an episode of Snapped I'd look forward to seeing! Maybe they need to start a Snapped: Nursing Students! No Death, just us going Ape-sh!t on people!!

Jennip - No divorce here either and hubbs said he just may be a "kept" man after all this too!! I can see it now, hours of RPG on the PS3 and XBox, countless martial arts movies blasting through the surround sound, and mounds of dirty draws!!

Rouss - LOVE the Grinch (both) & you should've slapped the BEYOTCH!!!

Lastly, Keyna - I emailed him too. Let's hope he obliges us this one last favor on the day of somebody's daughter's wedding!

Okay .... done spewing ... I think!!

Nitey-nite!! (maybe)

Jennip - sent you an email to your gmail account.

Our Spirtual Illness - Hinduism

The greatest spiritual ill of human beings is that they fail to recognize reality for what it is. “Those who worship ignorance enter blinding darkness,” says the Upanishads. The ignorance might best be illustrated by the parable of the tiger.

The tiger was orphaned as a cub and reared by goats. For his entire life, he believed he was a goat, even eating grass and bleating like a goat. Then one day he met another tiger who took him to a pool of water, and the first tiger saw his true image in the reflection of the water. The second tiger urged him to eat meat for the first time. Soon, he realized his true tiger nature.

Similarly, human beings are often deceived about their true nature. If so, they are living in maya. It is the task of religion to reveal the divine within us, and the connectedness of all human beings and living things.

Thou Art That may refer to:

***Tat Tvam Asi - a Sanskrit sentence, translated variously as "That thou are," "Thou are that," "You are that," or "That you are," is one of the Mahāvākyas (Grand Pronouncements) in Vedantic Sanatana Dharma. It originally occurs in the Chandogya Upanishad 6.8.7,[1] in the dialogue between Uddalaka and his son Śvetaketu; it appears at the end of a section, and is repeated at the end of the subsequent sections as a refrain. The meaning of this saying is that the Self - in its original, pure, primordial state - is wholly or partially identifiable or identical with the Ultimate Reality that is the ground and origin of all phenomena.
