Transferring License to NC..

Can anyone tell me what it takes to xfer your license to NC? Any testing or just cash?

You don't "transfer" your license anywhere; you apply for a NC license "by endorsement" (and you still have your license in your previous state). Here is the NC BON website with the requirements and instructions, and the page with the links to the actual application forms:

You don't have to take the NCLEX again, but you do have to meet all the requirements, pass the background check, and pay the fee.
