Anyone have any information about the hospital in Greenville (pro's/con's)? What's the starting pay? How about turnover: is it a problem at Pitt?

I work here as a care partner while in school. I can tell you that they do use a lot of travelers, and, at least on my unit, there is a high turnover rate.
Why the high turnover? I almost went to work for Pitt, and was thinking I made the wrong choice in deciding to work elsewhere.
What are the high turnover units? I've heard ER is a high turnover unit.
Also, where do people work if not at Pitt? I mean, Pitt is the big (and only) game in town. What do people do, move or commute out of Greenville?
Thanks.

That is the part of the problem... the workers thinking of where else would I work.
The management is way out of touch with basic nursing there as they are more concerned with documenting care plans and patient education rather than providing safe and efficient care for their patients. As a travel nurse, it is the only hospital I have ever outright quit. While I like the money my primary concern is patient care.
