  1. Use this system. It pulls up other states too. Nursys®
  2. You are counting suicides and accidental deaths also. My link to the FBI is for HOMICIDES as the initial poster claimed "The U.S. has the most gun homicides of any developed nation. 29.7 per 100,000." which is false.
  3. In 2013 a total of 32,719 were killed by cars while 8,454 were killed by guns. Sounds a lot more rational than your use of the word gerrymandering.
  4. Maryland has draconian gun laws and Baltimore has a 48.97 per 100,000 rate for 2015 which is still rising.
  5. Would you say that they are gerrymandering?
  6. Your comment shows the truth! LOl!!! Gerrymandering as a metaphor! That is the ticket! Now explain to all of us how Trayvon got 70 yards away from the place he was staying at despite the fact that he made it back.
  7. Gerrymander? Do you even know what that word means? Rachel Jeantel testified TWICE that Martin made it back to the place he was staying at. Yet he was shot 70-100 yards away from that place. Looks like you get you opinions by what the media tells you rather than by researching.
  8. How about getting the facts correctly. Trayvon Martin made it back to the place he was staying at and he came back 70 yards and attacked Zimmerman.
  9. Look up "double tap" and "triple tap"
  10. Are you saying nurses are not supposed to be able to defend themselves? I find that bizarre.
  11. That is why you shoot more than one shot...
  12. ACLS has changes while shooting a gun doesn't.
  13. Non-FFL sellers can only sell a max of 5 guns per year. Only a fool would sell a gun without a bill of sale that proves the gun was transfered to another in case it is used in a crime in the future.
  14. Baltimore is another example. Maryland has some insanely strict gun laws and despite that was 4th on the homicide list last year. This year they may end up being number 1 on the list because their homicide rate is already 48.97 per 100,000 with over 2 weeks to go until the years end. Per capita, Baltimore reaches its highest ever homicide rate - Baltimore Sun
  15. Yes and law states that if a gun comes out of state it has to go through a FFL. An unlicensed person who is not prohibited from receiving or possessing firearms may purchase a firearm from an out–of–State source, provided the transfer takes place through a Federal firearms licensee in his or her State of residence. [18 U.S.C 922(a)(3) and 922(b)(3); 27 CFR 478.29]
