Should Healthcare Professionals Ask About Guns in the Home?
You are counting suicides and accidental deaths also. My link to the FBI is for HOMICIDES as the initial poster claimed "The U.S. has the most gun homicides of any developed nation. 29.7 per 100,000." which is false.

In 2013 a total of 32,719 were killed by cars while 8,454 were killed by guns. Sounds a lot more rational than your use of the word gerrymandering.

Maryland has draconian gun laws and Baltimore has a 48.97 per 100,000 rate for 2015 which is still rising.

Would you say that they are gerrymandering?

Your comment shows the truth! LOl!!! Gerrymandering as a metaphor! That is the ticket! Now explain to all of us how Trayvon got 70 yards away from the place he was staying at despite the fact that he made it back.

Gerrymander? Do you even know what that word means? Rachel Jeantel testified TWICE that Martin made it back to the place he was staying at. Yet he was shot 70-100 yards away from that place. Looks like you get you opinions by what the media tells you rather than by researching.

How about getting the facts correctly. Trayvon Martin made it back to the place he was staying at and he came back 70 yards and attacked Zimmerman.

Are you saying nurses are not supposed to be able to defend themselves? I find that bizarre.

Non-FFL sellers can only sell a max of 5 guns per year. Only a fool would sell a gun without a bill of sale that proves the gun was transfered to another in case it is used in a crime in the future.

Baltimore is another example. Maryland has some insanely strict gun laws and despite that was 4th on the homicide list last year. This year they may end up being number 1 on the list because their homicide rate is already 48.97 per 100,000 with over 2 weeks to go until the years end. Per capita, Baltimore reaches its highest ever homicide rate - Baltimore Sun

Yes and law states that if a gun comes out of state it has to go through a FFL. An unlicensed person who is not prohibited from receiving or possessing firearms may purchase a firearm from an out–of–State source, provided the transfer takes place through a Federal firearms licensee in his or her State of residence. [18 U.S.C 922(a)(3) and 922(b)(3); 27 CFR 478.29]

In order to carry concealed you need a permit. To get a permit you need a weapons class. The weapons class has more hours than an armed security guard weapons class. As for the cops do you remember typing this: "Are you saying that all concealed carriers have the skills of that particular off-duty cop?" but than turning right around and saying "Who's talking about policemen? I'm talking about concealed carry by health caregivers."? Do you feel being protected by armed security guards who have less training than a CCW holder? Did you even have any clue just how little training police officers got?

Tell us how the 14 hour weapon training that armed security guards in California receive superior to the 16-24 hours weapon training a CCW holder in California gets. Next tell us why you think putting a badge on and shooting 100 rounds a year while missing up to 25 of those rounds turns you into an excellent shooter.

Very easy to rip off an prospective illegal buyer of guns because they surely will not call the police because you ripped them off. While their are some private sales going on at the site you mentioned there are quite a lot of FFL dealers there.

Your stats are WAY OFF. It is 29.7 per 1,000,000 which amounts to 2.97 per 100,000 Gun homicides and gun ownership listed by country | News | The Guardian 89 people die? 89 x 365= 32485. If you buy on the internet you have to have the gun transfered to a FFL first unless it is a private seller who sells less than 5 guns a year. Of course a private seller can take your money and run, sell you a broken gun, or sell you a gun with a homicide attached to it. Not very wise buying guns off of a private party you don't know on the internet. If you are a criminal why even go to a gun show? ALL sellers are required to have a bill of sale so there is a paper trail . https://www.atf.gov/file/56651/download

Gun shows consist of multiple dealers hence the term "gun show". Some have an FFL and some don't. Show promoters charge vendors fees for display tables (from $20 to $145) and booths (from $200 to $400) and charge admission fees (from $5 to $50) for the public.

There is no such thing as a FFL sponsored gun show. FFL = Federal firearms license. BTW the biggest gun show sponsor is NBC. Go ahead and google it if you don't believe me.
