Free CNA Training?

U.S.A. North Carolina

Published

I just move to Cary, NC and would like to become a CNA. I did go to school in Texas to become an EMT and was certified by the state of Texas, so I have some medical knowledge.

I heard through the grapevine that nursing homes offer CNA training. Does anyone know of any in the Raleigh/Durham area? and how the process works? Do I need to call them? Complete an application...etc

Thank you:specs:

Central Regional Hostipal in Butner has the CNA class for new hires. It may be a little far to drive. But there are shuttles out of Raleigh.

Good Luck!
