New Grad NICU Interview

Hello! I wanted to know if anyone had any NICU interview questions? I have an interview next week and any would help! Thank you!

The most likely question they will ask is "Why NICU?" They want to know the reason why you want to work in the NICU. If you say "I used to babysit when I was a teenager, so I know how to change diapers and feed a baby. I thought it would be an easy job" they will move on. :) NICU is a family centered unit. You are taking care of the baby, but also the parents who were expecting to take their perfect newborn home a few days after delivery. Now they need to prepare for the long haul of weeks or months in the NICU and the anxiety of good days and bad days of their baby's condition.
