hey everyone..

i have posted in this section many times and i have gotten such good responses so i figured that this would be a good place to post... after taking the advice of another user on here, ive decided to become a CNA (also in school to become a NNP eventually). Currently im in school at Stony Brook University working on my BS. i was wondering if it is hard to be a full time student and also take the CNA training classes? i would really love to get into the medical field and it seems like a CNA would do me right... so plez comment comment comment... ur advice is much appreciated...

Congrats on getting started babycheekz420! As long as you are motivated and determined anything is possible. I'm not going to say it'll be a piece of cake and easy. That would be downright lying. You can do it! I managed going through school fulltime, working fulltime and being a single mother. Couple of helpful hints: 1. Be organized...one you get behind, it's hard to get ahead again. 2. Realize that something else in your life will have to give....for me it was not having a tidy house every minute of the day and cutting back on the television. Best of luck!
