    St Mary's only hires RNs with hospital experience. It does not have to be current but as long as you worked in a hospital for a few years and not way long ago/ big job gap, they will contact you. St Mary's patients usually stay long term like a week or more as patients. They are transferred there from other hospitals. So far, I haven't heard anything bad about St Mary's.
