How hard is it to get into accelerated nursing programs in NY?

Hi everyone, I am currently finishing my bachelor degrees in biomedical sciences and psychology. I am thinking about going the accelerated nursing route to get a bachelor in nursing so that I can become a nurse. How hard is it to get into these programs? Can anyone share their stats? I have a 3.6 GPA right now and like 300 volunteer hours in recreational therapy but that's about it. What are my chances?

That is really a vague question. It depends on the program, the admission requirements, and also the amount of applicants for that particular cohort ( it can even depend on the state the school is located and if the school has a quota). It also depends on the grades you received in the prerequisites. You also have to check which prerequisites are required for each school. Some schools one require AP I &II, a chem course, and microbiology. However, there are others that have much more classes that re required. I say do some research.
