Does anyone know the GPA cutoff to enter the clinical for each program, and If obtaining a clinical seat is easier in a LPN program compared to RN.

Congratulations!!! Thank you for responding to me. How is it overall if you don't mind me asking? With my A in A&P II, it brings it up to 3.6 but I'm not sure if they count that course since it's a prerequisite and not a key course. I am also taking dev psy starting next week in the spring 2 semester so I can focus on nursing courses if I get in for fall. I'm happy for you!

Thank you, overall it was ok. The material was not hard it's just the fact that everything is condensed in 10 months that makes it challenging. The intensity of the program is probably the same as any other lpn program because once you hit the clinical phase they are all designed to be completed in 1yr or less. A 3.5gpa is strong enough for the Lpn program.

I just feel a little nervous and the wait doesn't help but it's fine. Are you taking the N-CLEX soon if you don't mind me asking? Are you going to continue or break and focus on working?

I will be taking the nclex soon then I will continue to try and get into the bridge

I'm sure you will do well on the test and your academic journey. If I get into the lpn program which I will know by July 16th, would it be ok if I continue to touch base and ask questions? Some people mind and some don't mind. I too plan the same journey once I'm done.

I got my acceptance letter for the nursing program. I am very happy and looking forward to orientation and September.

Congrats, Absolutely you can continue to touch base. I always wished their was someone before me who I could ask questions to get a better understanding of things.

Thank you! I will so appreciate your time, knowledge and guidance. I'm just going to focus on reviewing my a&p and dosage calculation notes for the rest of the summer. When you can please let me know what else I should prepare for.

How is the program so far? Do you mind sharing your grades for the prerequisites
