    Hi Germina,

    I live in Carrizozo NM, but have visited the hospital in Roswell a few times. It's a new facility, beautiful building, modern and comfortable in appearance. However, I was there on a Sunday afternoon, and was unable to talk with anyone regarding employment or working conditions. Indeed, there didn't seem to be anyone at all who was even there to greet visitors. Since I didn't want to just walk on to the floor and start quizzing employees, I left without much info.

    How is working in the caribbean? I've recently considered a move there myself? What can you tell me about conditions, wages, demand for nurses, etc?
