OCVTS entrance exam

I applied to OCVTS LPN program and wanted to know what to expect and what the entrance exam is about. Do you need to study for this test?

When I attended the program the last time, the test seemed easier and I could have sworn the passing grade was 75 -cut and dry. I don't recall them saying anything about passing each section and 12th grade level not 11.8. I don't remember it being timed either. THAT was stressful in itself! Hopefully we all passed. I wish I would have stuck with the program the first time. I had to withdraw for personal reasons and I have been regretting it ever since. If you make it, stick with it. It is worth the hard work in the end. Good luck to all of you! Hopefully we will all be there in September!!!!!!!

The last time I was in the program I passed and automatically was placed in the class that September. Maybe things have changed since. This was in 2007. The test also seemed a little trickier than I remember. Hopefully we all did well. Good luck to you!

I received a letter that I passed and I have to get the background check and pass a drug test. After that I go for an interview with the faculty. Is this interview something new that was added? I didn't do this the first time I was in the program. If anyone knows, please advise! Thanks!

I recently rec'd a letter that I passed the criminal background check, now for the drug test! It also did mention after all the paperwork is reviewed, then an interview. Personally, I would like to know one way or another if I am accepted as so I can move forward in some type of direction! lol In the meantime we wait.......
