New Grads at RWJUH - Page 2

I am a new grad RN and i work in RWJUH in New Brunswick. Let me tell you, it is sooooooo hard to get RN job even if you are a Tech there. I have been working on many units, so I know some people around but looks like it doesnt help. They post new positions for RNs but only on the Intranet, NOTHING on their website. You can find many positions on the website but absolutely zero for nurses, unless a nursing director position
Anyway what i decided to do is just print my resume and i walk to 2-3 units each day and talk to directors personally and hand them my resume. It is absolutely ridiculous, no opening anywhere but at least they talk to me and give me their business cards.

Hi, I know this was a few years ago, but would anyone be able to tell me if Anastasia Jacobs is still the nurse recruiter of RWJUH? I'm trying to find out how to address the cover letter, and want to be sure before I send it. Thanks!

Did you try calling RWJ directly, and asking for HR or the name of the nurse recruiter? That's what the original poster did, and it seemed to work for her. If you're not willing to do that, addressing the letter to the human resources department or to "Nurse Recruitment Manager" should suffice.
