    i passed the nclex last year and got my lpn license from state of WV. i tried to get my license endorsed to nj but have been denied because they didnt accept my school(foreign, accrediation issues). my question is, do i have to take the nclex again if i graduate from an accredited school in the US?

    If you wish to practice in the state of NJ, your question would best be asked of the board of nursing as only they can make that determination. Since the NCLEX does not expire there is a chance that you would not have to repeat the NCLEX but only the BoN can make that decision. You can submit a query online to the BoN or call them. (By submitting online you would at least have a paper trail of the response)
