Offered an interview for Neuro Unit.

I applied for a job to train in the SICU. I got an email back from the recruiter who says they are only hiring experienced RNs for the SICU (I have no hopsital experience) but there are openings in the neuro or burn unit they will train for. This is a large teaching hospital. I would like to eventually become a nurse anesthetist somewhere down the road. Do you think experience in the neuro or burn unit would make me desireable to transfer to SICU in the future? I don't know if CRNA schools accept critical care experience in the neuro or burn units, but I guess a person has to start somewhere.
