NCLEX RN exam tomorrow!

hello every one,

i would like to take nclex exam at Delaware state, i have gone through DBON web site they give one of the requirement is CGFNS certification, could anyone help me to understand what it mean, is it any exam I need to write to get CGFNS certification before applying to nclex exam.

have another doubt i have done my masters in nursing out side USA, whether i'm eligible to write only RN or else i can write ANP.
