anyone on the wait list for STLCC??

i was just wondering if any of you were on the waiting list at any of the st louis cc schools. i put my name on the list last july and meremac sent me a letter telling me my number after the fall class but forest park was only through spring of this year. anyone received a letter lately? and what number are you on the waiting list? when did you apply? thanks! :cool:

I applied at FP last spring and got my letter to start this fall.

I took the dosages calc test last May after the spring semester and I applied the first week of June, I think. I am pretty excited after two years of prereqs. I say hang in there. Work and get experience in the meantime if you can. The wait is soooo worth not having the student loans.

Hi!

I got on the list at FP last May after I took my dosage test. I was #165 then. I got pulled in to start in August so it goes pretty fast. Hopefully you will get in soon.

ok so apparently i haven't posted enough to respond to messages..so when I got on the list i was #165(last may)..in oct i was 132..in jan 2010 i was 90..i was 83 at the end of jan..in mar they has pulled all nursing students and i was #13 on the alternate list then in april i was pulled to be in..april 29th to be exact. hope this helps

ok thats makes sense! Thanks a lot! BTW did you get that many updates on where you were on the list because you requested it or was it sent to you because you were so close? the reason I ask is because I don't remember but i think the last letter i received was in the beginning of the year. I figure I won't get a letter telling me what number I am until august or so after fall acceptance.

yes you will get updates automatically. you will get another one after the fall season starts. probably in october. then another in feb if you havent been pulled for spring.

you can call and ask where you are though. i called a couple times. she didnt have a problem with me calling. i think if you went in last july it seems you should start in spring but call her tomorrow. let me know how it goes!
