    According to there ad's, Promise Healthcare is a long term ICU facility with pts with vents and trachs.

    I managed one. It was a start-up so it was a mess.

    Really depends on your patient ratio and their acuity.

    The part I did like about it was seeing some of these patients get better. Working in the ICU, I never really got to see that. The interdisciplinary approach is nice too. The dietician, PT, RT, are all very, very involved in the care.
