Wayne State University, DET Waiting for Response

U.S.A. Michigan

Hello, I am applying to Wayne State University College of Nursing in Detroit, Michigan for fall 2010. I have completed all of my requirements to be considered for an interview/ admissions (my application is complete). How long will it take to hear a response from WSU CoN regarding an interview and or acceptance notice?

I can't believe there aren't more people using this forum! I received an interview invite for the cd2 program yesterday and scheduled it for next wed. I'm so excited! I had given up hope seeing as it is so late in the application cycle. It seems like these interviews are laid back and not stressful. I read through this entire thread and there is a ton of advice about the interview. You just have to skim through all the other information. Good luck with your interview!

Hi, yes questions such as why nursing, why wayne state, how to you plan to pay/handle the stress of the program etc. Also think of a challenging situation you've been confronted with and how you got through it. Good luck!

Does anyone know when we are suppose to hear back? I emailed them and they said sometime at the end of the month... This wait is killing me!!

Can't speak for the CD2 students, but today when i logged on to my application page my application status was changed from interview 2 to admit and my college status was changed to AC (traditional student) Check your pages everyone!!!!

Hi, I have applied to Wayne State's CoN for Fall 2016. I am so scared that I might get rejected because I took A&P and I got a C+. I am currently taking MicroBio and retaking PSY 2400 at Wayne State. I am retaking psy 2400 because I was too busy studying for A&P in that class. Can someone please tell me if there were people who got in with a C+ and retook a pre req course?I know they allow one repeat. All my other pre req courses I have As in.

I applied also and I did one repeat so I'm a little nervous about that. The lady told me ur allowed one repeat and it shouldn't count against me.
