U of D Mercy Second Degree Program May 2012

U.S.A. Michigan

Hi! I thought it might be nice to have a thread for those applying to the UDM Second Degree program for the May 2012 start. I'm wondering if anyone has heard back yet. My app was only final the beginning of January, so I'm not sure if it's time to start obsessively checking the mail yet :)

I'm also still waiting to hear from U of M. The wait is especially hard because I just got my rejection letter from MSU...I was not happy to receive that letter first! But I'm still holding out hope for the other two! Any others?

I just received my acceptance letter for the May 2012 program. I am super excited and very nervous at the same time. I applied mid January and hoping to meet others that are starting in May too.

Congratulations! I just got my acceptance email too. However, I'm thinking about deferring until January 2013 because I was waitlisted at U of M and want to see how that plays out. Either way, I can relate to the nervous and excited feeling...I spent all day yesterday feeling alternately ecstatic and terrified haha

Congrats! And good luck with whatever program you choose.

Could you guys share your stats? I am going to be applying next term in Jan.

I don't want to give exact stats, but I had around a 3.7 for my undergrad (which was a general science/health B.S) and around a 3.5 average in the pre-reqs. The average of my science pre-reqs may have been a bit lower, around a 3.3. All of the classes were taken at a university. Hope that helps!
