   Thanks to both of you for the info... They are a level 1 trauma facility in Phoenix and I believe they do transplants as well. Like I said it was only discussed briefly during the interview and I'm used to the standard 3 12s so this was all new to me...

   Hey all! I just accepted an OR position and they didn't explain the schedule super great during the interview, so I know my schedule is going to be mon-fri 1500-2300 but then they said I would need to do call as well. I want to say they said 8 shifts...
