   At my hospital the nurses are either Labor and Delivery or Nursery and all of those nurses work on the Mother-Baby unit as well (once a week or so). It seems to flow smoothly for us!

   Hi there! Just like many of you I am a new grad RN... passed my boards in February and having a very difficult time finding a job. I received my BSN from GCU. Any tips? Or anyone know of places hiring? Anything helps! Thanks :)
