    the hospitals I have worked at so far have all been pretty great. the nurses pca's have been great .they always say thanks for the help.I offer help to them and they do the same for me...i love agency nursing!!

  10. Some things just can't be explained

    my first job out of nursing school was in ltc. i worked at this facility for 5 years.i used to have the same dream about my patients .I was at the nurses station charting i would look up my wing i was in charge of and my patient would be walking down...
  11. What shift do you work? Why?

    i work them all...but the one i like best is 3-11..least is 11-7..unless i get a good stretch of em...too taxing on the sleep cycle for me to just do one or two nites here and there

    that is a big no go. it doesnt matter what that nurse was trying to accomplish. it is wrong plain and simple.confidentiality is just that.no more and certainly no less. i do agree with the posts that said to let her know what she has done has not gon...
