   I work at CHKD without a BSN. You are looked at quicker, will be offered a Job with BSN, but you can get a job without one. Just be persistent.

   Peds nursing is so fun. I'm transitioning from respiratory therapy to nursing and I've been in peds for 11 yrs and its fun. I get paid to "goof off" or more act like a big kid.
