   WHAT, TEXAS is starving for nurses. I worked in an ICU with majority of the RN's had an ADN. It just depends where you live and the need for an RN.

   I would recommend Austin, they have new LTACs & Rehabs and plenty of older facilities. they usually pay 21-22$/hr but at the upscale retirement/rehabs they pay a bit better. I make 24$/hr at an upscale rehab. I have about 2yrs experience. Hope th...
