   @vera007, Hi, did you put an Irish Address or your home country address? In case of home country address, it may take a while to reach, but you should call and follow-up with NMBI,Incase of the latter, to esnure its arrival or request a reissue .

    I also heard ATWS would take around 4-6 Weeks. But yours came out pretty fast. Was it processed last year? May be the delay is due to large number of applicants.
