    If you count the amount of time, emotional investment, and ___________ (fill in blank with whatever that's bad... just "Arrrrg!" is perfectly acceptable) then it is my humble opinion that BSN straight up is cheaper alternative to ADN then ADN to BSN ...

    BSN of course. Sicne you have BA, try looking into accelerated BSN or ARNP. I don't know what you are planning to do with license, but BSN makes it easier to get a job too. ADN people limited facilities they can work for (at least where I live).
