   I would go PRN if that option is available. That way you can work less hours but at the same time get the experience as well which will help you with nursing.

   Ortho/Trauma on busy med surg floor as RN. I got good experience and stayed their for 2 years then transfered to Peds.

    It is really hard during summers since both my kids will be home. I am looking at summer camps/nanny at home.
