2. Wanting to Be a Charge Nurse

   I work in a 30 bed LTAC hospital they make all RNs rotate charge. It's hard to play both rolls. Since its small instead of massive teamwork, it's a lot of bickering and backstabbing! Love being a nurse, hate catty nurses!
