   CNAs start at $9-$10 an hour in LTC facilities here in northeast TN. Hospitals seem to range from $10-$15 an hour

   I'm in northeast TN. Here the CNAs in nursing homes usually start at $9 - $10 an hour. In a hospital, it's $12 - $14 an hour to start.
