No I have not tried any herbal supplements. With all I have going on, including hypercoagulopathy, I am very leery about taking anything like that, wish I could. I stopped my Warfarin, Plavix and Pletal (yes, I need all three) for procedures 3 differ...

I have taken Celebrex, which helps, but also has side effects,so I took mine PRN. I've also taken Glucosamine Chondroitin, but it's somewhat expensive (as is the Celebrex). I also have Fibromyalgia, which really flared up recently. I use whatever ...
