   If i worked in HR i would hire a BSN prepared nurse aver an ADN. It just makes more sense if all other things are equal. Also it helps when looking to apply for magnet status.

   I read the textbook and follow it up with some review questions drom Mosby or Saunders to see if i understood the material. i fine that A&P was more memorizing while nursing questions are more application questions.
