IV drip calculations

I can't remember the formulas for determining the doseage such as mcg/min and mcg/kg/min when only ml/hr infusing , kg wt and concentration known. I had a reference sheet for IV drip calculations but I lost it. I can remember how to calculate IV drip...

In response to your question re: travel nursing. Advantages I think are higher rate of pay, the ability to travel to differ areas, usually nice housing, and if you don't like the assignment it is only for 13 weeks. I also like that you not affected...
