   lets just say that i didn't use drugs or alcohol, nor did I abandon my patient, nor did my patient suffer any negative outcome from my actions. It was based on a parents complaint that I ( i was caught off guard ) agreed with and told the truth.

   I have worked in nicu 16 years. my work record is clean. Iwas terminated today and feel it was handled incorrectly by management. I do not wish to return to this unit run by tyrants, but need help in negotiating trying to reverse termination to r...
