   i'm originally from central pa, but i now live and work in houston texas as an lvn..my pay to date is 24.50 hour plus benefits..i must say that the rate of pay here is much more than up north.

   I'm an MDS/Care Planning nurse in a 197 bed facility..Each Monday I have a stack of green slips from orders plus any incidents/accidents that happened over the weekend...Our software for MDS is very user friendly..I just go in there..add my care plan...

   i'm from houston tx..our rate of pay for lvn's here is quite high..i work in a skilled care unit, long-term care..the starting salary was 24.50 with benefits.. i'm originally from up north..the pay was sad to say the least!!!
