   Hey can you email it to me? Thanks. Excelsior said they couldn;t do anything yet, their attorneys said unable to advise students at this time. Waiver is confusing. What do you think? Exactly what are we petitioning anyway? Which rule?

   How do you fill out the waiver variance form om the application for endorsement. Excelsior should assist their graduate nurses with this because it is very confusing and our license depends on this. Thanks
