   I am on a transplant unit where 12 weeks seems to be the norm. Yet almost all the new nurses are done by 10 weeks.

   I am new on this site. I came looking specifically for worksheets. I am a new LPN and I took a job on a transplant unit. Which I enjoy quite a bit. Yet, I have made up 3 or 4 worksheets that just always miss something. Any more ideas? Thank you!
