   I live in Serbia (8.5 million), in its capital Belgrade (2 million). And I worked 9 months after my internship in SICU of Institute for Digestive System Diseasies. It has 14 beds. And about 4 RNs come to 3-4 patients. We also don't have CNAs or LPNs....
