   Magnet hospitals usually put BSN preffered on their job postings here in Texas. My hospital does this. I am working on my BSN but it's just because I need it to pursue my master's degree.

   Med Surg is pretty hellish, you should really think about taking the L & D job because this opportunity may not present itself again.

   We get two dollars an hour to be on call. We get paid time and a half for a minimum of two hours if we are called in. So we could recover a case in 45 min and leave and we still get paid for two hours.
