    001916-3223350 you are from the Phil. right? You have to be patient! I tried calling them the whole night,really! My call was accepted 8am in the morning. The machine will keep you on hold most of the time.

    Try using pldt budget card. It will only cost you P3.00 per minute. The P100 load will give you more than 30 minutes.Hope this helps.
