   I usually work atleast 2-3 12 hr shifts on the floor, and 1-2 8 hr shifts in the office, not bad when your combining patient care and office work, (I'm also the QA coordinator and UR nurse).....talk about short handed!

   we actually had a doc write an order in the patients chart to make sure there were blank progress notes so he can do his charting! How absurd!!!!! But while we do have to cover our a**, we are to use our nursing judgement, I personnally would've ask...
