well the NCLEX is very different....the OIIQ exam is not computerized..and there is a practical aspect....I think that the NCLEX is harder..and much more specialized in the aspect of questions that they ask
Unfortunately we can not talk about the exam too much..role playing would probably involve real life scenerios that you will encounter...do not panic just breathe and do your best

I have written in OIIQ exam almost 20 years ago..so my memory is fading at best. But now the have a practical aspect...and a written exam..one has to pass both to pass.
I think that one has to be liscensed in the province where they are from prior to getting US liscense.. If you find a hospital the will sponsor you ..and they will help you do all the paperwork for the NCLEX and CGFNS..and some will pay the fees........
