   I live in middle TN, and plan to move to East TN next year. I was wondering if the pay rate is comparable to here. I make around $9 at a nursing home, but it's taken me quite awhile to get that rate. If anyone could help me out, I'd appreciate it....

2. how many patients do you have

   I work in a nursing home and have between 9-13 patients a day on first shift. That's not counting all the ones that aren't mine, that I help out with!! We have 1 nurse to answer to.

4. Where Do You Work?

   I work in LTC 1st shift. Our DON is a RN. Most of the RN's we have are all "pencil pushers" but sometimes will work the floor if there's no way to get out of it.
