I need your help to find a meaning behind two words

Dear Nurses,

I came across few words that I don't understand... can you help me find their meaning? Do you know what "kurve ark" is in relation to a patient being transfered from one unit to another postop. It's probably refers to perioperative observation chart, but I'm not 100% sure.

is this your spelling, from listening to dictation? Kurve appears to be germanic in origin. ??

"Kurve", it is German, but in combination with "ark", I don't know what to think...

When I Googled, everything came up in what I'm guessing is maybe Danish? Is this term being used in a document that's in English? I didn't translate any of the pages, but something seemed to say something about hypotension d/t anesthesia.

Thank you all! I found it :yelclap:... it is diagram/ chart of medical records. In Germany it's called Stationskurve. "Curve sheets" - in Norwegian. That was a little challenge!
