wheelchair locomotion

Sorry if this has been covered, but I haven't done MDS's in a looooong time. Under the locomotion on unit, if a resident is pushed in a wheelchair, what do you code it? I have looked back to see what has been previously coded and sometimes it is limited, and sometimes dependent. The MDS 3.0 doesn't give an example :(

If the resident's feet could touch the floor and make the w/c move at all, but was pushed by staff, I coded extensive assist x 1. If the resident had foot rests at all times, could not move the chair at all, I coded dependent. Not sure if that's correct, just what I did :)
